If you have a problem beyond the tracking number, no one can/will help. The phone # for the local depot hangs up when you select the option to speak to someone. If you don't have a tracking number you don't have much hope.

Called Fedex frieght in Farmington today to try and resolve delivery issue that should have been delivered 9/3. They said the vendor had wrong zip code on bill of lading. ?♀️ This caused 2 weeks of delivery delays. Wish this could have been resolved sooner but glad its done.
