If I could give Best Buy a negative zero, I would. First off, they never answer the phone, it rolls over straight to their so-called customer service people, and they don't actually give a you-know-what. They lie about appliances being in stock when they aren't. They gave me three different days regarding when an appliance would be ready to be picked up, then they told me I was the only one who could pick it up. I live in Texas and the appliances are for a house in Colorado. To change an order takes an act of Congress. Best of all---you know when the supervisor and the call answerer put you on hold to "look into something"? They're basically laughing at you and cracking jokes while making you wait. I know this because I could hear their whole conversation while I was on hold. They accidentally didn't mute themselves.Stay away from Best Buy unless you like to be subjected to rude, incompetent people and worthless customer support centers.

Support your mom and pop stores. Best Buy is garbage. I bought a new tv, when they went to load it in the pickup, they said they couldn't tie it down. I asked for some twine or rope to secure it and they said no.I told them to take it back and return my money which they did. I went to Paradise Village and purchased a tv and they loaded it and tied it down for us. Paradise Village is a mom and pop store and has been for 30 years. I'm glad I didn't give my money to Best Buy and all future business will not be with them. Go to paradise village for your media needs.

Excellent service by technician Shawna. My first impression was she knows her stuff. My NEW IPAD12 was unresponsive after operating for only one day. She uninstalled down to factory and reinstalled. Shawna was a pleasure to work with, very efficient and my issue was resolved.

Would give a no star if available. No one knows how to answer a phone, 20 minute wait. Geek squad kid at the counter was nothing but a smart a$$ punk, customer service or politeness needs to be taught. To bad there's no one else in Farmington can do computer repair that I know of.

I've taken my laptop to Geek Squad at Best Buy many times for repair, clean up etc. Always professional and never a long wait.

Bought a lighting to hdmi cable in Nov for $60.00. Lasted six months. Bought same cable at Walmart for $21.00 today. Poor and slow customer service. I will avoid bestbuy for my electronic needs.

Bought our daughter a new laptop, printer and a few more extras to go with it! Was a little disappointed that the computer bag she picked out was not in the right place & cost double what we thought it was going to be but other than that we found everything she needed and it was really quick for being as busy as it was!!
