This Farmington location is a joke. I've seen items (several) that cost less brand new. Who decides the price of items because they are clueless. This place is way overpriced and inventory is poor. And most of the staff is rude and definitely doesn't care to help familys get more for less. Also clothes are dirty and covered In human and animal hair. What a shame to have this location represent Goodwill.

I made this 3 star review 2 years ago "A second hand store that sells mostly junk at the price of new." It has only gotten significantly worse. Items with obvious Dollar Tree price tags marking up something that was 1.25$ new to 3$ Used is crazy. I understand that whats in the store has everything to do with whats donated to said store... BUT THEN that store picks out everything and sends it to Goodwillfinds.com shopgoodwill.com or goodwillbooks.com I used to buy work pants and books and the miscellaneous nick-knack here or there I just cant anymore, its not worth it to pay nearly new prices for used Jeans with dry rot pockets or to find a Lululemon workout shirt for 70$ when its only 39$ direct from the manufacture.... Corporate greed isn't a good look these days.

Item selection isn't great, and you can't try on clothes to see if they fit. Still better than paying full retail prices I guess, and the money supports charity.

I decided to drop into a Goodwill after neglecting the store for many years. I’ve heard a lot of negative banter about Goodwill, and then I actually looked into why the prices are so high. I came to understand that they have hired more employees which obviously deserve to be paid. Anyway, I enter this location, was actually blown away by how much they have! Endless amount of clothes, home goods, shoes, knickknacks, etc. I did not end up buying anything, but I did donate a bag of clothes and shoes.
The donation process was extremely simple. You pull up into the donation section, unload what you’re donating and go on your way. I had the pleasure of speaking with the gentleman working in the donation section. He was so friendly, accommodating, and allowed me to truly enjoy my short experience!
If you want to receive, you must give! Therefore. I highly encourage each and every one of you to donate.
