Every time I have been in the employees are very nice and happy. It's nice to see that in retail . The pricing is also fair and great selections.

Goodwill is supposed to be second hand, yet everything on the shelves are so Over priced!!! And they're always asking to round up your change, for what?? How do I know Veterans are getting my Donation? They wouldn't even give a homeless man a coat when he asked for one!!!And why don't they put the items I paid for in a shopping bag??? Is it breaking them to give out a bag with my purchase????!!!!!

I've noticed that over the past year or so, their prices have increased greatly. And for basic things that should just be 99 cents or $1.99, they are priced at 2.99 or higher. I wish the farmington store would do like the durango store and have a certain color tag each day that is discounted, but our sort offers. Absolutely no discounts for anything ever.

This is a good place to find clothes for work and other types. Sometimes there will be a good deal on something, but then you look at the price and bam, it's been sold for such a low price.

I love goodwill but recently the prices are to high. There mist be new management because this is suppose to be a store for the less fortunate i should say but i cant even buy a pair of jeans and a shirt with out it costing $15-$20. I understand the economy is getting worse but for things that are given for free and to price them at an outrageous price is just egotistical. I think you all can do better because Goodwill usto be a good and decent place to shop now im not so sure .

Okay, can I give this place 3.5 stars, not just 3?What I like: sometimes, you find really interesting items here that cost over 5x more in the store. & I don't want to say what exactly those items are, but you sort of have to know what you're looking for, & be creative. Found a dog crate on one occasion & bought it right away. Those are way more expensive even used on craigslist or Facebook marketplace, than what I paid at Goodwill. Occasionally a cute journal or childhood book I loved.Misc items I've found: very generic holiday cards, the occasional CD or tapes (rare), picture frames & framed art/mirrors, DVDs & some VHS tapes, lamps, fabrics / sheets etc (I always forget to look at that section of the store, so I can't tell you how great the selection is. Occasionally, I see baby items like half packs of diapers, bags of teethers sold as 1 lot, bottles, unopened pacifiers, etc. Before the Halloween stuff took over, I saw kid's toys all of the time. No idea where those are.Dislikes: Disorganized. I understand they have limited room & customers are inconsiderate. But there are emptier areas of the store, particularly near the front where they hang types of clothing & as of September, Halloween related stuff. There is a big pile of stuff in front of the registers on the right (near the shoe rack). I'm never sure if that stuff is for sale, was just donated, is being held for employees to buy after they clock out, etc. It's just a little odd looking. The shoe & bag section is pretty well organized. The clothing racks take up most of the store. I understand the need for selection, but there comes a point where they should perhaps have monthly or semi-monthly "bring a plastic bag & whatever you can fit, you pay $10, no matter how much the clothing was tagged before."WAY too many travel tumblers, water bottles, those Dollar tree plastic sectional food trays that are all different colors, like in elementary schools. I've actually bought many of those from GW & the Dollar tree for feeding stray animals. Even when there are only a handful, which is rare, I always see them there. More times than not, there are stacks of those trays, just like there are those tumblers with the straws & lids. A lot of stuff from dollar stores in general, which is kind of off-putting, honestly. Especially when I know I can get it for $1 new & I'm being charged a $1.99 or more at GW. It's a little weird. Lots of glass containers & lots of glassware in general that people don't seem super interested in, lots of candle stuff like those metal fisherman lanterns, candle holders / candles. Few kid's books, unfortunately. I frequently see a ton of sports equipment, especially tennis rackets. I always see at least one or two golfing kits, random outdoors & a lot of duffle bags & suitcases. But, I still really enjoy this store. I have found some absolute gems here.

These employees are rude, customer service is just as bad as what they are paid to work there and everything is over priced for it being a thrift store, they don't sanitize or wash anything, on multiple accounts I've seen unknown filth on the objects and clothing. Do not donate anything here, they pocket donations in the back while you're still paying $10 for shorts someones balls have been in.Goodwill is trash.

Employees were rude and you couldnt try on clothing before purchase to verify that it fit. They even chased me to the restroom and told me I couldnt take a pair of pants in there to try on. Their prices are higher than other places we went and they charge an additional 3% if you use any form of card.I went back in to the goodwill today and took back the pants that didnt fit that they wouldnt let me try on. They said I could not have my money back, I could only have instore credit. So the girl last Wednesday lied when I asked point blank what if these dont fit. She told me bring them back within 7 days for a refund. Where I come from, instore credit is not a refund. The lady today said I had to have brought them back within 3 days for a refund but then she contridicted herself when she said I could have bought them, tried them on in the restroom and returned them if they didnt fit. She said if I had done that, I still wouldnt have gotten a refund.I understand all the bad publicity now. Goodwill is a rip off that wants to take your money and could care less if you're trying to shop on a budget. That was $ I could have spent on something that actually fit!

I adore good will. I have never adored their turn over.....I remember when good will was actually about good will. People donated everything so everything was given back to the families who couldn't afford Walmart. And yes their are so many families who can't afford Walmart. But then good will turned into something just like Walmart overnight.Either way....I love rummaging through finding little trinkets. We actually make it a point to visit good wills in every state we travel through.
