Your employees are not friendly and extremely passive aggressive. I also have reason to believe they are racist as well. As I said before they were being extremely passive aggressive from the start to me. A short while after I came in another lady came in who was white was offered drinks and snacks and treated with a lot more patience than I was. This is extremely disappointing from your company

Just wanted to give Scott Henderson a shout out! He is the reason for a 5 star! He replaced our transmission on our 2021 Santa Fe and what a nightmare that was dealing with Hyundai in general. He is very professional and efficient on the job! The Santa Fe has been running awesome! Horace needs more employees like Scott!!

Although the repairs were fine, the communication was very bad. I live in San Antonio TX. On March 13 I called in and was told that repairs would be completed in 3 days. I flew in March 15. On March 16 I called in and was told that the technician called in sick but it would be completed the next day. The next day I was called and told that parts were missing and it would be another week. I had to book a flight back home to Monday ( the earliest I could get). Losing a day of work and costing an additional $278. The next day I was called. Told the part was there, they didn’t know when it came in and my truck would be ready that day. It took me another week, and additional $178 plane ticket and 2 more days of lost work to before I could come get my truck back. Great job fixing the truck. Awful job communicating with the customer.

This is the worst dealership I have ever seen, they did not want to honor the deal that I had made on the Hyundai website, and then they still cheated me out of $1800 on my trade in! Now there is a bubble the tire of a brand new car that has only 500 miles on it and they refuse to help me with the tire they won't even help with the warranty for the tire. They don't even return phone calls!!!!!!

I went into the Lobby to speak with Dustin about a car. Worked with him 17 years before hand. Great to know employees enjoy there work and arr still there. I let him know what I was looking for and what I wanted to trade in. They gave me a great deal on the trade in. Little lower than what I wanted but still satisfied. He did not try to get me into anything more than what I wanted. With a maximum of 4 hours in two days I was in the office. Dustin and I caught up from our last interaction and we spoke like we were good friends. I made a friend working with Dustin. He treated my wife and I with great respect. We will definitely be buying our next vehicle from Horace in the future. Thank you to all who helped with my trade in to selling me the New Sentra.

I initially bought my car from the used car sales lot, they were terrific, helpful, and courteous. However, the new sales location with service department lacks customer service. I had to take my car into the service department for a recall repair and the service department was less than adequate. I felt unwelcome in their building and I was ignored. The service writer ignored me until I initiated contact. The service writer could have easily just said, “Welcome to Horace service department, we’ll be right with you and help yourself to some refreshments.” Although, his attitude toward a female customer was different and he offered her some refreshments. I have never been to this location and I had no preconceptions about this place, it was a blank sheet of paper. I hate being ignored and made to feel unwelcome into their establishment. Horace service department needs to be re-educated on how to treat their customers. I hope their sales team isn’t as rude as the service department.
