First the local office staff is great but the people that answer the phone are rude and unprofessional can’t even get them to transfer you to local office. They would get 5 stars if it was about the local office that not they are great professionals and so helpful. I just don’t like the call center.

Lincare employees have always provided a great experience. They take the time to make sure we are comfortable with the equipment even going out of their way after hours to make sure we have what we need.

Your local office and warehouse was way below my expectations. I spent over thirty years in healthcare and I have only seen two facilities that resembled yours.
