Stopped in to pick drywall sheets. Found sheet they were stacked above. Asked for assistance was told in a minute. They were moving materials and will be with you. Waited for 15 minutes observed workers in back gathered talking and laughing. We approached worker for assistance he had a attitude stated there is on 1 forklift and he wasn't qualified to operate one. We observed 3 forklifts 2 were in operation and waited for another 20 minutes in t mean time went to look for other supplies when returned asked my partner if they helped. Nothing. I noticed other customers coming in were provided assistance. We were waiting, asked again. Waited for few more minutes we decided to go to home Depot as we were leaving worker were in front gathered around a female customer socializing and petting her dog what a customer service.

Update: after over a week in delays and false promises on when the refund check would arrive, they sent me a check with wording that if I signed it absolved them of any wrongdoing!!!! Having been to Lowes all over the country, steer clear of this store!Do not make major purchases at this store! The managers, Joey, Devin, and Jermaine cannot be trusted at their word. Endless promises of resolutions and fixes. After 4 weeks I am finally giving up and cancelling this 25k dollar order and moving my business elsewhere.Look at their response below, they think me putting in more effort by calling them somehow will make things better...they already have my number and could easily try and call me. Not holding my breath for that call to happen!

I received a thermostat as a Christmas gift. Upon attempting to install the thermostat. I learned that the wiring would not be compatible with my home. Therefore, I went to exchange the thermostat at Lowe’s where it was purchased as a Christmas gift.Upon arrival at Lowe’s. I walked into the return exchange counter to find five employees standing around a circle speaking to each other with no one else in line. I waited at the counter for approximately two minutes for one of them to even acknowledge me. At one point one a female standing behind the register simply said, what can I help you with without even looking over and making eye contact. I told her I needed to make an exchange as the thermostat would not work in my house but I did not have a receipt because it was a gift. She said I don’t think that we can do that. Another one of the employees standing in the circle said we can do it. We just have to get a managers approval, a member of the circle of employees went over to the manager who is at the end of the counter. He looked over at me without even walking over, staying about 25 feet away with multiple computers between me and him, and he said, unless you have some type of proof that it was purchased, there’s nothing that we can do. I asked him if I could just simply get a gift card or something as I still wanted to get a thermostat that worked. “There’s nothing I can do.” I need proof. I left the store and contacted the person whom gave me the thermostat as a gift and was able to obtain a copy of the receipt.I returned to the store with the thermostat and the receipt and was told the money would go back on the card, I told them this item was a gift and I could just simply have a gift card. I would like to go into the store and get the product I need. They said there was no way, it had to returned in the manner, it was purchased.After spending my evening, driving back-and-forth simply go to Lowe’s in order to remedy an issue with a Christmas gift. I was still unable to get any kind of satisfaction.I could not have been more disappointed in the lack of care or willingness to help from any of the employees or the manager to even look at me, make eye contact or desire to help someone who was trying to to spend money in there store. Worst of all a simple good search or the companies return policy shows you can easily get a gift card/store credit with a valid ID and manger approval. Store manage Eric Grady should be ashamed of how they treat customers at this location.

Poor communication, and lack of follow through when I ordered appliances. Nothing but delays, and then come to find out they never ordered some items.I canceled a $5,000 order, and opted to use another source for an $8,000 quartz counter top order. They were a tremendous waste of time.

This is a review of the online order / in store interface and customer service. Abysmal coordination when ordering online and trying to pick something up in person. Have repeatedly had online order say item is in stock, called store to make sure it was in stock, then gone to store to discover it isn't in stock. Huge waste of time and will never order online from lowes again.

DO NOT buy appliances from Lowes. We've been waiting 2 months and still no delivery. We call once a week and get a different lie every time. I've heard " oh the truck broke down" 4 different times now and " oh its been delayed due to weather" 3 different times. Now I'm being told it's on back order which they could have said on day one and I would have ordered something else. I understand things happen but stop telling your customers lies just to get them off your back. This is ridiculous.

Remodeling a bathroom, everyone at this Lowe's are extremely helpful. The cashier, Nel, was very sweet, engaging, and gave great recommendations.

I have to shout out Marty in flooring. BUT the catch is I was not at Lowe's for flooring I was looking to buy a washer and dryer. He was the one who responded when I pushed the help needed button, and let me tell you I'm sure glad he did! He was nice and very pleasant in helping us order the washer and dryer we wanted. I had a horrible experience with another employee in appliances early in the week and was ready to boycott Lowes all together but I'm sure glad we went back and got Marty. His customer serive is 100% and I appreciate his help.

Sheila in customer service was very rude didn't want to help at all. She wanted us to find a code for the item. My husband went and found more information the code and then she wanted him to get some other number. I am aplaled. I dont work at Lowe's. I shouldn't have to find missing information.

“Q” was so helpful. He found the 6x6 x8 posts in the back behind a ton of other wood , he got them down for us and pleasantly loaded them on the cart and into the car. He was very good natured and did exactly what he said he would do.
