“Hi'Rom provided excellent customer service. He was patient and answered all of our questions. The only complaint I had was with the store manager. She was very rude to Hi'Rom who was only asking questions that we had. She stood behind the desk on the laptop and was very dismissive to this paying customer who returned later in the day to pick up our sofa recliner. I tried to get her attention as I stood less than two feet away and she still ignored us until Hi'Rom saw us at a distance and assisted us in loading up our purchase. I explained her rudeness which he apologized for the experience we had with the manager. This female manager needs to be released of her duties. If it wasn't for Hi'Rom's professionalism and kindness we would have walked out and made a purchase elsewhere. Thank you Hi'Rom for all you do and hope that store appreciates workers like you.”
“Easy peasy. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thomasina was wonderful!! Got things going with the least amount of hassles. The two delivery men were also amazing. They worked so hard installing our washer and stayed until they felt all was working as it should. I highly recommend Bruce’s.”
