Even though they had boxes on the floor to stock items they were not in anyway interfering with the shopping experience! Also, the customer service received from Sally as she completed my purchase was exceptional! She made using an online coupon so easy. She also engaged in conversation as what we were going to use our purchase for. My daughter was very happy to answer this! Thank you Sally for making our experience positive!”

The ppl seem very pleasant so my shopping experiences have been stress-free. I stop by each time I'm in the area. Dollar Tree and Walgreens is close by which is another Plus!”

“I'm always happy to stop in at Ross'. I went looking for 3 items a mid size purse, a long sleeve t shirt and a pair of lounge pants. I was able to find them all at reasonable prices, and used the rest room. Myself and 2 other customers did have to call for customer service to unlock for us. Thanks, Ross.”

“Hi'Rom provided excellent customer service. He was patient and answered all of our questions. The only complaint I had was with the store manager. She was very rude to Hi'Rom who was only asking questions that we had. She stood behind the desk on the laptop and was very dismissive to this paying customer who returned later in the day to pick up our sofa recliner. I tried to get her attention as I stood less than two feet away and she still ignored us until Hi'Rom saw us at a distance and assisted us in loading up our purchase. I explained her rudeness which he apologized for the experience we had with the manager. This female manager needs to be released of her duties. If it wasn't for Hi'Rom's professionalism and kindness we would have walked out and made a purchase elsewhere. Thank you Hi'Rom for all you do and hope that store appreciates workers like you.”
“A Beautiful Mess is a fantastic shop. The store is clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Their products are great and the pricing is surprisingly affordable! Another great feature is that they offer delivery, which is very useful if you don’t have access to a truck. The delivery was timely, professional, and they even placed, setup, and cleaned up afterwards! This place is a real gem here in Farmington.”
