Mesa Mobile Home Park is a very nice and clean place to live, kept up very well. It is a perfect place for children to live safely and is quiet. Management doesn't put up with issues and is amazing. Some note too many water shut offs and that the playground needs updating. While past management was unpopular, it is now seen as a community with many good memories, a generally well-maintained space for families.
Actually im only reviewing my first ever home in this community I drove by my old place and felt a sudden flashback. Memories...so many. I miss living here in this home, at the time the management wasn't popular but people change and def is a perfect place for children to live safely. Heartsign.

They could put in a new playground at least, my 2yr old son got a splinter from the wooden boards they put up to hold together the playground, also it may not be managements fault but everyone else's trash blows into our fence making it look like we don't clean. And just too many water shut offs through out the year
