Not only scammed my elderly mom into getting these lame old phones but also made her account restricted and I can’t switch my phone to my apple which is also metro. Not only did the man make a pin without informing my elderly mother of said pin they also gave her downgraded phones and put her name as a whole different name on the account. Now I have to drive OVER A HOUR AWAY to Farmington to fix this mess. I TOLD MY MOM TO COME BACK TO METRO FROM CRICKET, NOW IM SEEING WHY WE LEFT IN FIRST PLACE. We had metro for 13 years… left cuz bad customer service, I talked her into trying again and she gets scammed by a manager apparently…. That’s insane.

This was the best experience I have ever had. Before switching to metro I was with At&t and always got the run around from them. This was a refreshing change that I truly did enjoy. Jennifer is an amazing person and she was very helpful and walked me through every step of the process. She was the best and got me the deal I needed when no one else could. I would 100% recommend this location and would definitely recommend Metro.

Been with this company for a long time they will not upgrade your phone unless you pay retail price and the customer service is complete trash

I shouldve never left verizon...I have the worst luck because I always get the same lady at both locations. You have an employee who's really great and the other doesn't really have a clue and always gives me the run around. She told me that walmart sells metro pcs phones and that I'll have to get a new number because she can't get my zip code right on my account. Walmart doesnt sell metro pcs phones and no I'm not trying to get a new phone number. Get the employee who knows what shes doing and doesnt act annoyed about customer service. Its worth the time but sure is a waste of time!

I have been with Metro for 3 years and never had problems until today. Our experience was so horrible I would not recommend this location to anyone. The associate Jennifer was so rude and seemed inconvenienced helping us. If you are wanting great customer service DO NOT come to this location. We were having such a a great night too.

Went to start a new line today ,was immediately greeted with teenage workers talking trash on my appierence and immediately assuming I was there for a EBT line.
Was told that the phone I wanted was not a free one with new line even though the metro right across town was.
Was lied to and told screen protector and case we're free and to go ahead and pick out a case. And then charged for both.
Called metro support and told this was wrong and I was only charged 92 dollars for the activation and monthly fee.
When on the recent and threw my bank I was charged 156. Shady scammers . Don't go here.

Went to Verizon for screen protector replacement. They were out, ordering one would cost $70?. I went to Tmobile 2 doors down, had the sales rep replaced my screen protector with what they had. It fit my phone. Pay $19.99+ tax. I'm a faithful Verizon customer since 2000. Thank u Tmobile. ???

The staff was very rude and talking trash about customers WHILE I WAS STANDING THERE. Didn't tell me anything and I got home and noticed extra fees that I had no clue about. I have ALWAYS seem to have problems there. The last time I was there was months ago so I went again hoping it would be different.I'm only editing my post simply because customer service was super nice about it and explained some things.
