“Last night I went to fill up my tank before traveling the next day and had a great experience. The employee named Toledo asked if would like my back camera cleaned and I answered yes. I thought that was very insightful and nice to see an employee helping customers while working outside in a cold environment.”
“I had an autocorrect accident for some graduation photos I had made out but got to return them no trouble just need the original receipt. The photos always get printed out super fast no complaints here”

“This sams club had many selections of perfumes like dolce and Havana, Prada, Marc jacobs, and other ones that are hard to find in sams clubs. They also had crocs, something that the ABQ and Santa Fe sams clubs don't have. Restrooms are more spacious and clean. Employees are friendly as well.”

“Perhaps, I've been fortunate whatever the reason or case may be. However, I have not received any bad or unfriendly experiences at Smith's Pharmacy. I'm thankful for their prices and their promptness to fill a prescription.
There's a new(?) pharmacist. He's a younger male pharmacist who's very courteous and professional. He answered my questions a couple of times and I certainly believe he does an excellent job. I hope he will stay long term. We definitely need the nice professionals to stay in our small city.”

“Timing is almost everything. With regular refills choose a time they aren't busy and you can be in and out in a few minutes. Monday-Friday afternoon to evening are a NO GO unless you absolutely have to go. This is the busiest time. I've learned to wait until I get a text my script is ready. Have I ever been frustrated there? Yes. Have I figured out there can be issues between the doctor office, insurance company, Walgreens regional distribution and the store?Yes. Do I have empathy for people who are ill and are looking for relief? Yes. Understand the employees are sometimes overwhelmed and need our patience. Be kind.”
