“For some time, we had been extremely dissatisfied with Ferrall Gas' service in Pagosa Springs. We called to set up delivery schedules and never were they followed. Constant phone calls to the business to beg for gas became commonplace. Now we have a choice and we are incredibly grateful that Arrowhead Propane is serving Pagosa. All of our interactions with every employee have been professional and efficient. From the very start, we emailed the president, Brian Helms, about how unhappy we were with Ferrall Gas and that we wanted to make a change. Within 3 hours we had a response. We decided to explore Arrowhead customer service and within 5 days we had a new tank, inspections and gas! We called Brian Mestas, an exceptional employee dedicated to customer service, and he returned our call on a Sunday. By the next morning he was in our driveway at 8:15 AM inspecting our site and discussing services. On Thursday of that same week our new tank was delivered, installed and inspections were complete. By Friday we had a propane gas delivery! We could not be happier with Arrowhead Propane Company and their customer service. Thank you for expanding your services to Pagosa Springs!”
