Our experience with Quality RV was streamlined, convenient, reasonably priced, and with quality customer service. We went with a short 17' Palomino tow-able during fathers day weekend. The polite, and accommodating family who run this outfit were very professional, and were willing to allow another day without charge because of the holiday on a Sunday. The RV was waiting for us out front when we arrived, the paperwork, and walk thru was approximately 15 mins. The rental was as expected.... great. I must confess, that I did return the Palomino with a dirty floor, and a day early on Father's Day for this Quality RV has my sincere apologies. No excuse for a dirty floor, but we had also rented a bouncy castle from jump4fun, and a borrowed truck from a relative there in New Mexico, and I was trying to return all in one shot. Thank you Quality RV. Highly recommended.

The hot water heater would not self-ignite and I was smelling gas both inside and outside the cabin of my new tow me 2008 21ft Coachman. There is so much to learn with RV life and a repair service I trusted in Austin TX had cautioned me about how so many RV repair places take advantage of folks on the road. So I was very pleased to have found Quality Fiberglass in the Farmington area. Their price was reasonable, and the repair worked. There is still a slight gas smell but texting was done and the gas alarm does not go off in the cabin.Thank you for your service! Pauline Rubben

I highly recommend Quality RV for all your RV ing needs!!!! We experienced a propane leak in our Suburban stove while on a multi months long trip, far from home. I called Quality RV and they were able to look at our issue right away. After diagnosing the issue, they were able to handle a warranty replacement from the manufacturer. They went above and beyond to have a new stove expedited from Florida. Within a matter of days they installed our newly arrived unit and we could not be any happier!!! They really saved our trip, especially considering I need my coffee in the morning. This is a family owned business and we were treated with the utmost care and professionalism. My hats off to the owners, Shasta and Brandon, as well as our service tech, Donovan. We really appreciate your help!!!!

1st time using this place . We got up into the mountains and the battery in the rv we rented was dead would not hold a charge.(thankfully i took a generator which helped ) Thermostat also did not work properly would turn on Ac/heater at the same time. There was also a leak in the roof over one of the bunks which didn't allow us to use it as it was raining off and on. I understand that at that point there's not much the company can do being that were miles away but there was no attempt to make things fair upon returning.

We were amazed that Quality RV saw us without an appointment and we’re able to identify our problem and give us great advice. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They replaced our toilet in under an hour so we could get back on the road. We recommend this shop to all! Thanks again to Donavon and the owners of this terrific family owned business!!

Pulling my 9-month-old travel trailer, I arrived at my off-grid destination this past Sunday and discovered that the dinette table had ripped completely out of the flooring and the electric jack would no longer retract. The next night the furnace broke down. I was having a very bad 36 hours. The closest service center was 3 hours away but I really needed heat. I explained my situation to a very understanding woman at Quality RV. She said they’d have a look and see what they could do. I’d only mentioned the furnace since I knew from hard experience how slammed every RV service center has been for the past year and figured a working furnace was the most I could hope for. Even though she offered what sounded like genuine hope, I was fully prepared to be disappointed after that long drive. I needn’t have worried. Not only was my furnace repaired on the spot, but they saw the upended table and volunteered to try and re-secure it. It’s now anchored way more solidly than the day it shipped from the manufacturer. They’d been so accommodating and so capable that I figured I may as well mention the jack. They fixed that too. All last minute, at a very fair price, and the work was completed within about 3 hours. Shasta, who I’d spoken to on the phone, and Brandon, who repaired the furnace & jack, are the super charming and talented folks who own Quality RV. Donovan, who did the work on the dinette, was equally pleasant and skillful. They turned what had been a stressful and bleak day-and-a-half completely around. I drove away with a big smile and enormously relieved. They’re adding new RV sales to their rental and service business soon so seek them out for any or all. You couldn’t be in better hands.

Long story short (see the Google review for details) Shasta, Brandon and Donovan handled my service issue with grace, skill and speed - all with very little notice and no appointment. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Thanks again you guys. You rock!

We decided to rent an Rv due to Covid and get out for a road trip this summer (2020). You are able to add on certain packages like sheets, towels and dishes. We did get the towels, dishes and pots n pans package. Also the coffee pot and toaster. We arrived a few hours earlier but checked in to get rolling. We were given the tour of the motor home with all the instructions needed. As we checked in and they were going through the checklist, they discovered the battery for the rv had been shorted. They jumped in and got it fixed. We waited two hours for the fix. That should have been our first clue that it had not been detailed from the last time it was rented. So much for getting on the road early. They told us the gauge for the propane, would not register full but it was. They said the water was full, the gas tank was full and the septic had been pumped out. There was a big stain on the mattress but we brought a mattress topper and cover and we were very glad we did!' Our first stop, I could feel the dirt on the floor so I got down on my hands and knees and cleaned the floor. That made me concerned how well it had been cleaned so I took out my antibacterial wipes and wiped down EVERYTHING, steering wheel, door handles, cabinets, etc. I also noticed the gas was only 3/4 full, not a full tank as they had said. We pulled into our reserved spot for the night and it was time to cook dinner. Every pot, every pan, every utensil was dirty, greasy and crumbs and debri were in the drawers. So, I proceeded to clean all the dishes, pots and pans. My trip so far had been spent cleaning. Then the carbon monoxide detector went off. So we opened all the windows and could not understand why it would go off. I couldn't get the stove to light. Finally, I was able to use a lighter so I could cook. We had nice clean full size bathrooms where we stayed so we hadn't used the toilet in the rv yet. Next morning I discovered the toaster didn't work. Not a big deal but we had planned on not eating out. Toast would have been nice. We headed out before lunch and as we are driving down the road the carbon monoxide detector went off again!?! Then the shower started burping up gross water all over the place and they said to go get it pumped out. So we did and the septic was full too, which clearly had not been emptied from The last users-YUCK!! We had not showered or used the toilet yet at all!!! We went ahead and got the propane filled too. Third night of the trip the heater wouldn't work and we froze all night. Our option was to buy a space heater or find and rv repair place to fix it. Luckily, we were able to finally get it working. The carbon monoxide detector went off everyday which was uncomfortable to deal with. Kinda scary. We were charged for extra mileage- ok but no credit was given for the full tank of gas, the full tank of propane, the full septic system we had to pump, the broken toaster, the no working heater and the issue with the carbon monoxide detector. Everyday there was something and it became almost funny till we had about $500 extra we paid for "mileage". Left that motorhome more clean than I found it. For all the work, worries, and added expense for gas, and propane we did not see the value. If we will consider doing this type of trip again we would get a newer model, look at everything more closely and ask them to pump it out and fill it in front of us. I gave them two stars because they did reply to our texts and tried their best to resolve the issues over the phone promptly. Had they been unavailable I would have only given them one. Most of the issues could have been avoided by detailing the motorhome prior to renting it out. They were friendly and nice. It was easy to rent, and drop off.

Easy peasy! We LOVE Quality RV and wonderful customer service. We always rent an RV from them. Shasta always answers phone for questions & texts. Shasta sent over lacking can opener, utensils, & new pans without a complaint. Just remember to return clean for next family. They will review how to operate and demonstrate RV, don't forget to ask. They have all types of rentals on web or on site.

Why pay for an RV when you can rent great travel trailers! Staff is wonderful and have a great attitude of show, tell demonstration and full explanations of their rentals. I am happy that we did not have to worry about dumping sewage or filling up water. I (mother) dislike camping because of sleeping on the ground and uncomfortable tents. After the experience of a comfortable rental and soft relaxing sleep, I am asking my family of seven, "where shall we go this time?"

A huge THANK YOU to Brandon & Shasta, owners of this family owned business. We needed a new air conditioner in our 5th wheel and after talking to Shasta she assured us it would be in within 3 days, and it was! They worked with our insurance company and after doing the repairs we are more than satisfied. When we called them about the problem they even said they would work on Saturday to get us back on the road. Not wanting to have them work the weekend we took it in on Monday and they got right to work. I would highly recommend them if you have any problem with your RV and are close by them. Can't thank them enough! Brandon & Shasta....your the best!
