I received the BEST customer services from Rachel inside Staples today. She made my concerns, her concerns. 20/10 star's worth of service. I will continue to use Staples as my first stop shop because of the customer service I received from her today. The company needs to give her a pay increase or buy her lunch with the kind of compassion & service she gave me as a Staples customer today ???

Cassie is absolutely amazing!! We had some last minute funeral prints to be made and she was able to squeeze our order in. We truly appreciate her help today.

I went to pick up banner and was told it would be ready at 8:30 by an associate and the google store hours say open til 9pm but the sign on the door said they were closed closed 8 o'clock. I called and they couldn't get me my banner I needed I guess they don't need my business.

I asked for assistance from Natasha. She stayed at the front of check out. Told me I needed to look myself if I wanted a specific book. She asked me twice if I looked in A5, which I did. She proceeded her task at the register and said sorry nothing I can do if it’s not there. I proceed to check out with Macchito, (I’m sorry if I spelled it wrong). But he was very professional and was nice. He offered me a bag instead of giving me one. Which was wonderful, less waste. Due to his kindness I did not leave a 1 star review.

Randy is awesome! Even though he had a long and overwhelming line of customers, he worked like crazy and had a smile on his face and a great attitude the whole time.

They changed their Sunday hours. They open at 11 not 10. Should really be better about changing it so people don’t show up an hour and half early waiting. I’ve sat here watching person after person walk up to the door. Look at their phone and get mad. Really unprofessional of this staples

Don’t listen to their hours on their website or what is listed on Google. Evidently the store doesn’t know how to call Corporate IT and have the correct hours listed on their own website.

Who's the uneducated that runs the site and hasn't updated the time? This is the second time I have come to the Farmington store where on your Google page it says open but in reality you're closed. For instance right now, Google says you're open but the sign on your door says 11a, now I wait. I know the employees inside probably don't have access but why isn't the manager paying close enough attention to send it up stream to be fixed? I manage a store and have to do the same when needed.

Received a UPS return label via email. Went to Staples, forwarded the file to Staples. They were able to print the label & attach it to the package. It was SO easy!

The manager Rick is awesome! I had some issues with billing for some services and he made sure to correct the issue, and refund the overcharged amount. He was friendly and cared that I was satisfied with the resolution. Thank you Rick!

Very helpful staff. Super attentive. Huge variety and selection. The constant ringing of the phone on the PA system was ridiculous. I do not want to deal with hearing a phone ring and transfer over and over. I visited this store for maybe 35-45 min and heard this at least once every 3 min. Sometimes back to back.

The one time I need to print something they close 15 minutes early. How can you say you close at 9:00PM but close around 8:45PM. If you close early because of COVID-19 than put it online so others don't go and find out your closed and waste their time.
