“We had a vehicle disaster with bad weather on top of it. Had to get a vehicle from the rez to Farmington. Rented a truck. Customer service was excellent. Shawn was outstanding and called to let us know we left a valuable item in the truck after we returned it. She was diligent in calling us before we got too far out of town. Went back and picked up the item. I felt she truly cared about us. Thanks Shawn ??”
“We had an issue with our tow behind trailer driving from TN to CA. We saw this location next to their RV rental spot and pulled in to see if they could help. Shaun and Eddie greeted us right away to see what the issue was. They immediately gave their suggestions and in the end, were able to replace our trailer. Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful in our time of need. Thanks to them we were back on the road in no time!”
