Never in my life have I had this many problems with packages. Since living at this address (close to 3 years) I have had SEVERAL issues with keys to parcel lockers not being placed in my mail box and packages going missing. Either someone doesn’t know how to do their job OR Someone’s a nasty thief. Once again I have to go in tomorrow in hopes I’ll be able to get my package. I’m OVER IT.
Update, I’m pretty sure these guys are stealing packages. I got a notification my packages had been delivered and picked up at the post office before the post office even opened. When I tried to get information I was gaslit and told it was because I put down the post office address which I did not I’ve used the website a million times. She basically confirmed the package was delivered to the post office but told me I should call the company I ordered from to get a new item, which I can’t because they’re now out of stock. Didn’t offer to look for the package but when I asked about the supposed person picking it up she said that didn’t happen and that it has to be at the office somewhere finally asked for my phone number and said she’d look for it but I of course haven’t gotten a call and I don’t expect I’ll get one as I’m assuming someone has stolen my package. I’m really upset it was a birthday gift and I can’t get another one. I’ve had so many issues with this post office and I’ve been kind every single time I’ve gone in to get an issue fixed. If it’s not theft it’s extreme negligence but with how many issues I’ve had with packages not showing up and items being missing it really looks like theft.

Had to go in multiple times to get a package that was incorrectly delivered. By the time I got to the locker I never signed up for my package was ruined and I had to return everything.

I’ve never had a bad experience at their main location. Every mail carrier I’ve had in my 9 years in Farmington has been friendly and professional. I ❤️ the USPS.

I have a neighborhood box unit. I am always getting the incorrect mail. They are putting packages in the bigger boxes always getting the keys mixed up always getting someone else’s package. Someone else is getting my package and a lot of times I’m not getting the package at all and I’ve been waiting for it. Very poor service very poor postal delivery person.

Derrick the manager is a professional and courteous PROBLEM SOLVER! The carriers and the staff do their best to get a thankless job done. I am appreciative of their service.

Not sure why there are negative reviews. I was at this location yesterday and had excellent service with passport renewals and other complicated items. I found the staff to be prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable.

Worst customer service Pete and the lady who work there are horrible. They can never give you and exact answer. I moved got a mailbox key a and I can’t get into my mail box they keep saying keep trying the key. Should have been changed along time ago. Won’t tell me if they even gave me the correct key. Ask to file a complaint Pete hands me a blank paper. I stated I wanted a form for a complaint he refused to give me a form or answer any questions on how I can get my mail. It’s been a month already since I have moved and can’t get into my mail box

I believe government works just milk their pay! Their in NO hurry to get customers in or out. After pandemic it has gone down hill. Same employees same slow, slow workers (help)

This place is constantly misplacing my mail in other resident's mailbox. I have to take time out of a workday to track down packages every time this happens.

IM SO TIRED OF THIS PLACE. IM TIRED OF CHECKING MY MAIL BOX JUST TO FIND THAT YOU PEOPLE JUST SMASH AND FORCE THINGS IN THERE THAT DONT FIT!!! SO WHILE IM TRYING TO TAKE MY PACKAGES OUT I END UP TEARING THE PACKAGE AND ALMOST RUINING MY ITEMS I PAID FOR BECAUSE YOU PEOPLE DONT KNOW HOW TO DO ANYTHING RIGHT! ALSO MESSING STUFF UP!! TODAY I GO TO CHECK MY MAIL, BECAUSE I GOT A NOTIFICATION THAT MY PACKAGES GOT DELIVERED IN A PARCEL LOCKER. GUESS WHAT!!!??!?!?! YOU LAZY PEOPLE ARE IN SUCH A HURRY THAT THERE WAS NO KEY IN MY MAIL BOX TO GET INTO THE PARCEL LOCKER!!!!! SO YOU GUYS PUT MY KEY IN SOMEONE ELSE MAIL BOX!!! IM SO TIRED OF HOW YOU GUYS WORK. IF I COULD CHOOSE TO NOT GET MY MAIL DELIVERED BY YOU PEOPLE I REALLY WOULD. NO WONDER YOU GUYS HAVE SUCH A LOW RATING, YOU GUYS ARE HORRIBLE!!!! I do appreciate Mr St Ives review and assume he lives in a house with its own mail box.On the other hand, if you have a post box in with 50 other houses in the neighbourhood the mix ups actually happen quite frequently.USPS has opted to deliver for amazon and in my 1.5 yrs of living here, have mixed up mailboxes 3 times. So far they found 1 of the 3 misplaced deliveries. Amazon will not give you money back on something you did not receive.
