  Lady was soo rude, waiting at the prescription drop off counter and ignored me till I politely say I'm just seeing if my Dr called in a prescription, and she responded WHAT!? WE WILL CALL YOU! ..But did not ask my name .

  Unprofessionally closes drive thru at 5:48pm. When it's supposed to be open till 6 pm. with a line of cars in the drive thru! Doesn't have any clue how to properly bill insurance and will charge you for meds that are covered!

  I am a resident of Farmington New Mexico my entire life. And not ever have I been more disrespected by Walgreens staff. They are always losing my information having me show them my insurance all the time. When I call them and they say this script is fillable today they are just pulling dates out their ass. I show up and my things are Never Ready even though I put them into auto fil. Worst pharmacy to date

  There is an employee here dressed in all blue. A short lady with dark hair and a dark mustache. Avoid her she is very rude.

  We are from out of town and my son had to go to urgent care because he has swimmer's ear. We went to this location and the doctor had called three prescriptions. I asked the girl at the front (9:35ish am on July 3rd, 2024) about them because the doc said that they may not be able to fill all 3. The girl was so rude I actually cried when I got to my car because she did not realize we had 3 called in and only had two in her system. So when I asked about the third she got VERY rude and condescending telling me that ONE HAS to be filled and ONE HAS TO BE gotten OTC. I kept asking about the third one and then she finally realized her mistake and instead of apologizing for treating me like an idiot she told me they didn't get it yet and we had to wait until 10:45am.
  So, like, just be nice. It costs nothing. Seriously.
  I'm already stressed over a sick kid on vacation I don't need talked to like I'm an idiot when you're the one who was incorrect. Thanks.

  Made an online order and marked no substitutions. Not only did I NOT get anything I ordered, they had none of the items in stock, even though online it was all in stock. Pitiful experience.
  Now to top it off the Robutussan they substituted got recalled, go figure. 🙄

  I've had so many issues with them over the years I can't believe it took this long for me to switch pharmacies. I was just told I couldn't pick up my prescription because of an issue with the central office...what does that even mean and to top it off they didn't offer any other recommendations, as in going to another pharmacy. Also the woman who helped me was rude and acted like it wasn't a big deal. Told me I MIGHT get it tomorrow. Totally unprofessional. Anyone reading this should consider going to any other pharmacy in town. My family and friends all have stories similar to this situation

  If I could rate this Walgreens lower I would. Pharmacy is a complete joke. Waited 20 min in the drive through 15 min in side for them to tell me the meds weren’t ready that I had gotten a text that they were ready the day before. They were mad I was upset and cancelled my order. Didn’t move it to the one on 20th just cancelled it.

  If they had less than one I would give it. This place has given me the wrong dose on a prescription before and now my wife is hours out of surgery and will not fill here pain meds. I guess NM requires it to be called in, the lady argued over whether the pharmacist could call (be bothered) to call the surgeon. Surprise he is not available so I am driving to Durango to try and beat her pain meds wearing off. Big win for Walgreens, given feeling of women’s health maybe it is because she is female.

  Worst service ever in both register at the front and register at the pharmacy. Online it says it’s open at 9am and my husband goes inside and asks if the pharmacy is open and the cashier tells him” it opens at 10 am can’t you read.!” Literally this lady had the audacity to tell a customer if he can’t read. Imagine if someone didn’t know how to read and this women would have made such an offensive remark. Then the cashier at the pharmacy was rude and told me they don’t have my insurance on file and can’t give me my meds unless I pay out of pocket. I told if she could look me up on
