Went to the main location in Farmington NM to make a large deposit and take out a CD. We waited 45 min for a banker and then were told we did not have an appointment and would have to wait until they took care of three other people there and we were there first. There was no sign in sheet or notice saying to make an appointment. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere. We have banked with Wells Fargo for 35 years now we are closing our accounts.

I called the bank yesterday 9/12 but no one answered and I called today 9/13, after trying four times, someone named Shey answered and I told her that I had a scammer call me, claiming to be from Wells Fargo and she could care less and told me “okay we’re a bank, every bank gets that” it was very frustrating and unprofessional talking to this lady.

Absolutely can not call to speak to a human. It is hard for me to get around at times can't understand why you can't answer the phone. Simple service. Just pick it up.

The banker there is so rude and doesn’t do her job. She set at her desk for 20 minutes before coming out asking what we needed I told her and she said well that’s going to take longer than what I have time for so I’ll make an apt. Well if you didn’t sit at your desk messing around you would have had time

Expect long lines certain times of days!So far, I've encountered two different locations with a dozen ppl waiting in line for service and too few clerks at the counter!

The workers here were super nice to me and very helpful when I needed to stop my bank account from getting hacked. If you are worried about time, then make an appointment right here on the app then go in at your time and they will help you! They are understaffed and as any people I’d be mad too if you’re interrupting my time with a customer that made an appointment.

Drive thru tellers extremely rude, unprofessional. Waited in line to be told I could not be served even when I got in line and the open light was visible. Told the teller it was open when I parked, but did not care and disconnected from the speaker.

I have to go here for work. If I had literally any other options I would take it. Wait time is absolutely ridiculous. It is more uncommon for the line to be out the door and around the corner then it is to be a reasonable length. Along with that there is usually 15-20 cars deep. I was previously wanting to switch my personal bank account here but now there is absolutely no chance of that. 2 locations is not near enough for this area.
