I switched over to Xfinity because I needed internet service back in August 2025 brought my own phone as a trade in about 2 months later the sales person never put my phone in as a trade in it get sent out somewhere. And I’ve been fighting with them since October 2025 to send my phone back to me since I missed out on the promotion because of the salesperson did not put it in the system as a trade in. They keep closing my ticket saying it can’t get resolved so they basically just took my phone. And the internet isn’t very good.

Highly inconsistent with prices and billing. Be ready to deal with incompetence when it comes to speaking with this company. They'll just give you the run around about anything, even wanting to charge you for things their technicians messed up. They don't give a damn about customer service, all they want is to protect the company while they rob you blind. Wouldn't even recommend Xfinity services to a jail.

Did my order online , got my plan situated and went into the store 2 hours later to pick up my gateway and ran into a problem with installation at home , Xfinity came to my house the next day and set it upless than an hr! The tech guy was super! He even entertained my son while he was working, even when my son was all up in his business 😂 Xfinity is great and the employees are even better!

Unbelievably unhelpful and disinterested in providing customer support. Outage for days at a time with no follow up information. “Support” on the app is impossible and requesting a call back takes days.

I got my internet very fast, and when I had trouble setting it up they sent Eric to help. He was great, he fixed my problem quickly and I am very satisfied, thank you!

I called Xfinity to disconnect my land line. That went well and the lovely lady that I talked with was very helpful. She lowered my bill and increased our internet speed. Sent out a new modem as ours was really old. Everything was fine until I tried to install the new modem. Of course, this is a simple thing to do, unplug the old one, plug in the new modem and you're done. Not even, took me over 3 hours on the phone and 2 different technicians before they were able to get the new modem up and running, unfortunately I had to set up a new network. You don't realize the amount of things in your house using your network.
The lady that I talked with 1st had told me that I would need to return the old modem. OK, I returned it today. That didn't go well, typical Xfinity employee turned our service off just because I returned the old modem. Yep, got to spend another hour on the phone getting them to turn my service back on. What a cluster! No business should be this hard to deal with.

Worst internet service provider I have ever had. You will not get the speeds they advertise and the techs they send will be either unknowledgeable or incredibly disrespectful. Don't move to Farmington and need internet.

I've had Internet with these guys for 3 years now in Aztec, NM and it is the worst internet I have ever had. The manager in store is unhelpful and avoidant and technical services from home are a joke. Something that should take 20 minutes on the phone takes 2 hours because they only have text chat, which you have to fight with for 20 minutes to even get a real person. I wish we had another Internet provider in my area that wasn't satellite, I would switch in a heartbeat.

I went in because my phone wasn't working Leslie help me. She was awesome that poor girl spent four and a half hours on the computer talking to an agent to only be transferred 10 times. I felt really bad she got my phone activated. But I think if they're going to have they're in person employees deal with this kind of stuff the employees need to have more support not an online agent they need to be able to talk to somebody without being transferred.

Im really starting to think this isn't a very honest company. I moved here a year ago and purchased their internet service. Twice now I have been on the phone with their customer service representatives who tell me all the great deals I'm eligible for because of my plan and great payment history. Twice I have made the drive all the way to the store to be told a much different story. Today I went in to purchase two new phones because I was told I would get a year free unlimited on each line and 60$ a month after the first year. I also wanted to purchase a new doorbell cam system. The lady gets on her little computer and all of a sudden Im only eligible for one line at a discount. I didn't bother asking about the camera systems after that. Fooled me twice now so shame on me. I won't be back to get phones or any other services. Probably going to switch to the new carrier that's opening up too. I dont appreciate getting manipulated like that.

Met w a rude associate 8/25 3pm-ish. She didn't even post on my account the cancellation I came in for AND we returned the modem there. So had to call Xfinity and tell them again I wanted a cancellation of services. Useless store n associates.

Received a phone that could not be activated, Xfinity is STILL taking $$ out of my account - the only answer i get is the prepaid phone is new and nobody knows how to fix it. This started in Februany, numerous trips into the store, Audra tried to resolve, but this is an Xfinity issue that nobody in the universe seems to be able to fix. Don't bother calling the call center, it must be in India((?)- they transfer you from rep to rep with no resolution either.
Xfinity needs to to fo better and have a customer service # , and a live agent who can fix issues, big company making big money with terrible customer service.

Walked into store about 11a on 6/9/25. Told lady name & reason for visit - she said take a seat & someone will be with you shortly. Well time goes by & I saw two employees on their screens/phones but no customers. Another 10 minutes & still nothing till another customer came in & gave info & asked how long & this representative looking like Dora the explorer (years later) said 10-15 minutes top - I leaned over & said I’ve been here for 20. Well of coarse Dora heard me & called me up. She asked for info that I had already given but asked again - meanwhile this other customer was listening in on my private info being given & I asked Dora if we can do this transaction else where cuz this busy body was listening in - well her response was just deal with it & your trying my patience - so I said remove my name & I will take my business elsewhere & I did - I spent close to $1000 for home security. So if this your helpful employee? She need retraining - R.Garcia Fmt
