We noticed a few changes since last time we were here, a decade or so ago. New sidewalks and a museum for the Bosque Redondo Indian Reservation behind the cemetery.
The visitor center was closed when we were passing through.

We were able to check this off of our bucket list. I absolutely enjoy visiting historical sites and learning new things. This site is really neat and there are some other points of interest you will discover beyond Billy the Kid.
