We get back in the vehicle to continue, lo and behold, our linkage into the transmission has gone out (though we didn't know that at the moment), and we were basically without a moving vehicle. We called their number and observed a hasty response, a confident and quick diagnostic, and we were back on the road within half an hour of the initial pit stop for gas.
