“We ran into a little car trouble on New Years and couldn’t find anyone to help I called this shop and he said bring it in or let me tow it for you and I will look at it right away. We made it to his shop. He was waiting for us. On a holiday he said he wants to help people that are traveling. I just can’t get over how nice they were. After he looked at it, got the over heating issue fixed, we decided to spend the night in Gallup. When we told him we were spending the night, he wanted us to come back by in the morning so he could check everything out one more time He wouldn’t even let us pay him. I have to apologize, I have forgotten his name. He is the owner and a terrific person

“We usually take our vehicle to Albuquerque for service and was unable to. So last resort we decided to try Jiffy Lube and we were so amazed with the service they provided. All while we sat in our vehicle. We got to watch as they fully inspected the vehicle and cleaned our windows!!! Every one was working and they all seemed to be happy!

“Had a tire blow out on a Sunday and no one in the area had the size we I needed. I had to have them shipped and he put them on at 1030pm that same night. He also has a mobile balancing machine so he can come to you. Can't recommend him enough, price was incredible.”

“We had a hitch installed on our new GMC Acadia. The service team was phenomenal. We expected it to take a while since there was a wiring harness that had to be installed. They were efficient and got it done within 6 hrs. They even washed our vehicle for us! Ryan, our excellent salesman, got us a loaner to be able to complete tasks that needed to be done during our wait! Rico Auto Complex always goes above ands beyond to meet our needs!”

“We were sent here by next door neighbor Auto Sales and Service. Professional and helpful people but not able to do a diagnostic. The technicians at J and J were equally professional and helpful and were able to run a diagnostic. Both businesses asked if we'd filled up with gas recently. The problem was E-VAP. The gentleman helping turned off the code and suggested running the car for 30 minutes to see if the check engine light came back on. So far so good. The charge for this time and trouble.... nothing. We saved more here then the other place. However, it took 3 hours to put the tire on. We walked around looking at stuff the whole time and made our own fun.”
