They took us right in and within a few minutes had diagnosed the issue along with another minor issue we didn’t know about. The problems were fixed very quickly and we were back on our way. Everyone in the shop was very friendly and personable and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We are extremely grateful for them helping us get back on the road on a Sunday afternoon so quickly! Highly recommend!”
“I have been going to 66 Auto Plus/Larry’s Automotive since they were in a smaller garage. They always get a diagnostic first to make sure they fix the exact issue. I have gone to dealerships who tell me I have a leak or need to replace a part. I usually double check with 66 Auto Plus who do a more thorough diagnostic. They are very reliable and know their stuff. Their workers are hard working and amazing. Their prices are fair and not outrageous (usually a lot cheaper than the dealerships). I haven’t had any issues with 66 Auto Plus and I’ve actually learned a lot from them. They always take the time to explain the issue to me and how it works. My most recent experience was a dealership in Texas told me that I had a timing cover leak in my truck that they quoted me $5000 to fix. Of course, I took it to 66 Auto Plus to double check it before I pay for something I don’t need. 66 Auto Plus took the time to determine that I did not have a timing cover leak, but I had a leak in my power steering pump. My truck runs a lot better after getting the pump replaced. They saved me from replacing something that didn’t need to be replaced, which saved me over three thousand dollars. I feel my review was way over due. For several years now, they have been taking very good care of my vehicles and my family’s vehicles, and I am very grateful for that. I highly recommend 66 Auto Plus/Larry’s Automotive.”

“Jiffy Lube South always does a great job in taking care of my vehicle. The service advisor was already walking up to my vehicle as I pulled up to the doors. The lobby is comfortable, offering free coffee and slushies. As they did my oil change, one of the guys let me know that I needed a new cabin air filter; which I agreed on. I was back on the road within 20 mins. This is the only business I trust in Gallup. Great customer service. Highly recommend.”

“We had a hitch installed on our new GMC Acadia. The service team was phenomenal. We expected it to take a while since there was a wiring harness that had to be installed. They were efficient and got it done within 6 hrs. They even washed our vehicle for us! Ryan, our excellent salesman, got us a loaner to be able to complete tasks that needed to be done during our wait! Rico Auto Complex always goes above ands beyond to meet our needs!”

“Our family car broke down near Gallup on our way to Phoenix for a soccer tournament over this past Thanksgiving break. Tow truck driver recommended PJ (Sam's) so we took a chance. We were able to leave it with him and hitched a ride with teammates. PJ kept in touch during the whole process and was very upfront with the costs for the repairs. He was able to get it fixed and we picked it up on our way back through. Unfortunately, the car broke down again right before we got home (3hrs from Gallup). This would normally have been it for my business with any mechanic. After a fight with the insurance company over towing costs, etc.... I got ahold of PJ, expecting the same old BS from every shop I've ever used. Nope, he apologized, asked us to leave the car where it broke down and assured me he would take care of it. He had it towed and replaced the factory defective part, all under his warranty, within a day or two. No additional costs! Because this is an outlier these days, when my F250 Power Stroke check engine light came on, I didn't think twice. I was willing to get it to him even though I don't live anywhere close. Same experience this time, minus the defective replacement part! Sam's and PJ are worth every second of that three hour drive. No BS, peace of mind and very affordable costs. I can't recommend enough.”

“FASSCO is the best mechanic shop in Gallup for someone driving a foreign car. Ted there is a great man who loves people, and wants to do everyone right. Ted and those that work for FASSCO are Christians and try to treat all their customers as Jesus would, and not only do they do that with their customer service, but their main technician has been doing this for so long he can fix just about anything and diagnose any problem. As long as the Lord has me in Gallup, I will only take my cars to FASSCO.”
“On August 17, 2026 I hit a deep pothole on interstate 40 headed west near mile marker 44. I Immediately saw two other drivers changing tires on the shoulder, obviously victims of the pot hole. I was lucky and was able to drive on into Gallup where I saw that my tire and rim were damaged. I found POINT S, and they replaced my tire within an hour and I was on the road again toward Phoenix. Efficient, polite service. I recommend.”

“If your Diesel truck is ever broke down in Gallup New Mexico call these guys. This place is awesome!!!!!!! I broke down on Interstate 10 and when i spoke to them i told them we were traveling and asked could they get me in ASAP which they did. I had my truck towed there around 1pm on Wednesday and by 3:30 they had already found and fixed an issue they had me all fixed and good to go by thursday afternoon. I cannot say enough good things about this business and i want to thank them for everything Oh also I want to mention it did not cost me a bunch of money I was looking at a major repair and there estimate was far lower than I expected. so I say again Thank You so very much to them.”

“Loved our tinting. Pancho was very helpful, kind, patient, and reassuring. Customer service was great snd fast. We had an appointment for 3, but showed up 30 mins late. They greeted us, we signed in, and they asked us which tint we would like. Then they pulled our car right to the back. Wait time was shorter than we thought, 1 1/2 hours, but felt shorter while we ran errands. No damages, no staines and everything was left the way it was inside the vehicle. “My boyfriends tire was pretty bad so we went to Walmart and found a great tire for an awesome price! We got a tire the day before for $118 at a different place, but at Walmart it was 65$. We saved more here then the other place. However, it took 3 hours to put the tire on. We walked around looking at stuff the whole time and made our own fun.”
