Is it just me or is Bank of America just very bad on customer service and communication. Policies and benefits changing with my account without notice. Forcing me to maybe make a decision on moving to a more user friendly bank or credit union.

Only one person working at the window. This should change, it has been around for a long time. It is very bad to have to come to be in line for more than 40 - 50 minutes. lots of older people line up in long lines. They should do something, please.

A few months ago I got a new job, I had to set an account here and I was able to get in and get an account open. A pretty lady named Nura help me sign up and get an account set up. I rate her on a scale of 1-10 a 12 for being helpful ?
