“It's a good bank but for customer service, they scamming you out. Ask for 8 bank statements running from 2021 to 2023 and they told me they gonna charged me 20.00 an hour to find my statements for 5 hrs with the 3.00 statements fee. Soo I said no. So I went to Farmington ffcu and they didnt say tht but print my statements in 5 mins only charged me 23.00..”
“I got a call from Bernadette, the bank teller, and then a follow up from Deanna, the branch manager, about attempted fraud from a person trying to cash a check under my account. Thankfully they caught it before it happened and were able to help me open a new account. This was amazing customer service from the bank and I want to commend Bernadette and Deanna for their quick thinking and awareness to help me avoid the fraudulent attempt on my account.”
