The customer service was subpar, I'd leave less stars if possible. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location with friendlier staff, I recommend the Window Rock location as the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I go to Gallup Cellular One because the guys are great & get things done quickly. I had to go in for a new Sim Card & Conrad helped me. He took care of things in about 5 min. He was very friendly, professional & polite.

I live in Albuquerque NM and I went to the store front in Gallup. My sister and I spent 2 hrs. to get there and they did not have any internet so I could get a free phone . what a shame because I ended up losing my wallet it was one of my worst days ,but I ended up have a nice ride out there and back.
