“My wife and I recently purchased our local Baskin Robbins. Our air condition unit went out which caused our dipping cabinets to fail due to heat. We called the Community Pantry to ask if we could store our HUGE inbound shipment of ice-cream? (We were unsure if it was even a possibility) Hilda answered and I told her our scenario. Believe it or not she was more than happy to help! (During the day we had our maintenance guys come by and they fixed our ac problem and our dipping cabinets at 10:30pm) We ended up not needing their assistance, however the following day Hilda called as soon as she got into work asking if we were ok and if we still needed to use the freezer space! We were floored that she was genuinely concerned about our situation. This is why I love Gallup and our local Community Pantry!My wife and I just wanted to thank Hilda/The Community Pantry for caring. “Nice, clean activity building. Lots of room for most any activity. Plenty of chairs and tables. They have speakers available that make sure you're heard. We've used the building several times and the staff is always nice. Happy customer here.”

“This was by far the best Goodwill I've been to in a long time. Clean, organized and the staff was wonderful. Folded the clothes as we checked out and helped me to the car. I haven't experienced that ever at a Goodwill. 5 stars isn't high enough!”
