The phone is alright. I paid for my bill yesterday, and now today I don't have a network on my phone. I called in to fix the problem, and no one is helping me. I'm tired of the miscommunication and the extra info they don't tell you when you purchase the phones. I need my issue resolved. idk how may time we had problems with our network. Even with the ACP plan, our network should be on at all times.

Manager Richard is no help. Don’t ask. Jessica, sierra for anything theywill only help you if you’re a male and ignore your wife who is actually talking to the employee. Undivided attention to males that walk in. Ladies be prepared to be stared at and talked about while being a customer.

I stopped in for a quick fix and Jessica was my help. Sweetest gal! She's was able to fix my technical issue and educate me on how to fix it if there was another issue. Very fast and patient. Wanted to be a new customer but seems like they are not interested in servicing my needs,,They never answer the phone calls and never return your call,, but when you arrive at the location the front lady is on her phone and the landline phone would be ringing and no customers inside the store, how would you able to assist a customer if you will not answer the phone or call back like you say you will! So now I’m thinking the customer service is a no go!Ok so I went back to this store knowing that I was told that the IPhone 13 Pro max would be coming in and be ready, so I went there and I believe the manager stated the shipment had not arrived yet maybe after 3. Which I went there on my lunch break, so than finally I called and a gentleman answer and said it was here, so than I told him ok i was the one that was told it will be ready today and told him I be there in an hour or so, so after work went there and the same rude manager came up to me, I asked her I’m here for the IPhone 13 Pro max, she than said I just sold it and it’s on FIRST COME FIRST SERVICE, I than said oh ok so that’s how you treat your customers and I walked out, when I first walked in a 2 weeks prior one of the lady told me there was one but she had to confirm with manager, so than she told me manager said it’s on hold, I said ok I like to purchase one and she ordered one, so they keep telling me come back Wednesday and Friday than next Friday, so I guess the manager will reserve items but tells me it’s on First Serve basis, SO I DO NOT I MEAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE,!
