“Theodora was amazing working with my husband and myself. Everytime we go in Aarons the workers seems pissed or always rude. No costumer skills at all except for Theodora and Evan. They smiled and was helpful. The others need to work on their costumer service and smile. Just being honest ??♀️”
“I don't mind coming to this location if I can't get to an Albuquerque location. But I'll wait if Amanda is working, her customer service is not so good but has a typical Gallup type of customer service with no greeting or smile just an RBF. The manager is very friendly though, it's such a shame her employee isn't the same way.”
