The first floor includes the train station and coffee shop, with an elevator leading to the museum area, which is free to access. The station gate is confusing at night, opening only 15 minutes before departure, and trains are often late in the evening. The staff are courteous, though the station's closing days seem limited. It also functions as a visitor center with Native American dances on select days.
