Kenny Bean was absolutely helpful! His knowledge and understanding of what was needed was greatly appreciated! The other two boys didn't know what was what and tried to make things fit was a joke. Making things "A little big" was a joke to their knowledge.

While picking up an online order today, I asked the associate helping me to do a price match on the product I bought, which was available for $5 cheaper at Loews. She said she'd never heard of the low price guarantee and confidently told me Home Depot didn't do anything like that, which is untrue ( The associate's attitude was poor, which is on her, but it's not her fault that the store's management isn't training employees on basic Home Depot policies. I thought perhaps she was new and hadn't been trained on price matching yet, but she said she'd been working there a year and knew nothing about the policy. When I insisted that there was such a policy, her response was to ask me if "I had a problem with her" and pick up the phone like she was going to call someone for help, even though she never actually did. Saving $5 wasn't worth another 15 mins of my time, and given the overall poor quality of this store, I wasn't sure even the manager would be able or willing to help, so I took my product and left.

As usual it takes 5 or 6 employees passing the buck to get to some one that has any clue. I need fencing. When I asked why one product was 104.00 and the other was 62.00. Same product the Cheeto head ( trump supporter ) blamed it on the new president. Said January 1 all prices went up. I don't think she realized the cry baby they stole my toy was still the Cheeto in charge. Told her get over it he lost. Not sure I will ever shop her again. I needed materials not political crap

I went to the Gallup Home Depot to purchase sliding glass doors. There was not a person in the mill work department, so I went to the customer service desk. Melissa is new but was very happy to help me. She helped with my order, and set up the home delivery. After the transaction she mentioned it was her first mill work order and delivery set up, that she is a new employee. I hope she stays with the company, she was awesome, and during Covid we need awesome.

I am calling today inquiring about a trailer rental. I am completely baffled by the long wait time. I have been calling this number for more than 55 minutes. I walked to the store and saw people ignoring the phones. I am completed disturbed by the fact that I had to drive down to the store and check on people's job. It is unnerving to say the least that it's terrible the way this company is allowing their employees to run the phone system. In all honesty, it is radical. -5 stars.

This is a typical Home Depot. We were looking for a cable splitter but they didn' have what we needed. I'd probably shop here quite a bit if I lived in the area.

I was looking for some RV Anti-freeze and Walmart had none! I was trying to get an early start out of Gallup and I saw Home Depot next door to Walmart and in checking the store hours, they were open at 0600! So, off to the store I went. The staff in the store were very friendly and helpful. When I asked about the RV Anti-freeze, the store employee knew exactly where it was at. I snagged my usual stock and walked out of the door a happy camper (no pun intended). I spoke with a few other of the store staff and they were just as friendly and helpful. The store was clean as was the parking lot. Easy in and out with my big rig but it was just after 6 am which made things much easier. Thanks for saving the day, Home Depot in Gallup!

Dear Charles Mccourt, #3514 Gallup, NM I wanted to take this opportunity to express my appreciation and gratitude to Mary in tool rentals, and you Charles. On Oct. 25, 2016 my Wife's mother had passed away which was also my Wife's birthday. Due to the logistics and urgency we had rented a passenger van to drive my family from California to Iowa where her mother had lived. In the midst of our travels we had encountered a rear brake problem. It was late that night on Oct. 27th, so we stayed at the Motel in front of your store. First let me apologize for using your parking lot to do my repairs, but you had the best light. In the middle of attempting to fix the rear brake with the limited tools that I brought along, a vehicle pulled up and a lady asked "Are you ok?" I told her I was fine but was having trouble with the repair. She then parked her car and Mary introduced herself, She explained that she worked in the tool rental dept. She asked if I needed any tools. I asked for a pair of Channels locks and a C-clamp. Without hesitation Mary retrieved the tools from inside. I explained to another employee that I had worked for Home Depot for 17 years (1991-2007), my wife still works with Home Depot 26 years (1991-Current), and both of my daughters worked also with Home Depot, one just started 6 mon ago. This is why I miss working at Home Depot, because of the people like Mary. Shortly after you Charles had come out and asked if there was anything else I needed, you even asked to help in the actual repair. I know through personal experience that customer service has always been a driving force in the values and success of Home Depot since 1978, but this was beyond that. Its individuals like Mary and yourself that make the difference. I got the repairs done , returned the tools to Mary and shook your hand, I could not express how thankful I was for the help. What might seem like a small gesture to offer help it was a huge impact on me. Please tell Mary Thank You and wish you and her nothing but success. Good Job!
