Back in 2010 I did 40 hours of community service here for Cibola County Magistrate court. The Goodwill manager told me they would report my hours to Grants courts which was never done. I've called them and they said get a hold of Albuquerque Goodwill Corporate, I've emailed them and never received a response.
I live out of state which makes this more difficult.

This was by far the best Goodwill I've been to in a long time. Clean, organized and the staff was wonderful. Folded the clothes as we checked out and helped me to the car. I haven't experienced that ever at a Goodwill. 5 stars isn't high enough!

Worse customer service from this location. Stay away from this location if possible wait until you get to albuquerque.

Overpriced with a snobby female at the register that was unwilling to help with online coupons then said my emailed coupons are for one state only! Come on goodwill you ain't that bougie for state coupons. And their pricing clothing with BO stains for 10BUCKS just because it has brand name like Nike. Don't come here its gross and only one dude is helpful and nice.

I frequent this Goodwill and have found many great deals: clothing, kitchenware, rugs, shoes, and even furniture. They do sort clothes by size now. They often have brand new Target items from overstock. Like all resale shops, it’s hit or miss and sometimes I leave empty handed. If you go on a Saturday afternoon or Sunday, don’t expect to find anything, it’s usually all picked over by then. I’ve always experienced friendly workers, just know that at times they are short staffed on the registers.

Hardly any items, over priced, considering they get everything free!!..
Then they have the nerve, to ask for the extra change ( coins)!!...yard sales & flea market might be a better choice

Never really had a bad experience until Saturday morning. One employee was talking to the other about a physical altercation with a grandparent (it was loud enough for the entire store to hear it). Picked up a drawing and went up to where the line starts as there is no way to tell which register is open and stood there for about 3 minutes while listening to the employee conversation. It was known that I was waiting as there was eye contact between myself and the employee, yet they did not move. I walked out
