I was dumb and brought my car in late. But the staff were very polite and understanding, especially Delfred and Cherokee, staying later than closing to help me get on my way. I will be coming here for all my auto needs while in Gallup! Thank you guys so much!

Customer service is lacking acted like they didn't want to help me unfortunately this is a rental car and the only place that can do what was needed. 45min wait to do wiper blades is crazy

My 30 year old Buick decided it needed some services. Since it's a 30 year old Buick none of the local parts houses had the part, and there was no way I was going to leave my car on the side of the road. Goodyear had free towing, so I made the call. They got my car back in the road in a few days. Awesome people work there. Will be my "go to" shop. Alignment machine was down. Will be getting tires and alignment when the machine is up and running

Got a flat tire coming from California to Texas, and all they had was one tire for the size of my wheel, and then they overpriced for the wheel and service $300 that was insane for just one tire.

Got a screw stuck in my tire by Grants NM. Justin and Wendell fixed our tire minutes before they closed. They were VERY friendly and kind to stay and help us out.

The first time I went, service was quick. That's why I went back the second time.... My son's vehicle has been there over a month. Can't say I'm happy about this and the cost is HIGH! Have had only one call back and that was yesterday. I will probably find another place for the future once this ordeal is over.

The best service I’ve ever had. I had a blow out just west of Grants and Milan, New Mexico. I called and asked if they had any tires in stock and they had 1. I had to drive just over 50 miles on a spare, but they stayed open for me and got my tire replaced in 20 minutes! I definitely recommend this place!

My boyfriend Josh got stuck and the tire blew. We put the spare on and came n to Gallup. Then the spare came off the rim. We made it to Goodyear in Gallup and we got a tire! Awesome 30 minutes, the girl put the tire on, we paid, and we're back on the road! Thank you so much Goodyear!! Everywhere else was telling us a waiting list, make an appointment and when I call else where they don't have the tire size in stock! You save our bacon this winter! Adventures of Josh and Lucy is back on HWY 602!

Excellent customer service. We were driving back to Texas a year ago from Arizona, and we ran over something in the dark shortly after entering New Mexico, which blew out one of our rear tires. With 30 minutes until they closed, they replaced our tire and got us back on the road when other shops nearby said we’d have to wait until morning. Definitely recommend

Last winter my starter went out. I initially thought it was just a dead battery, so I called Goodyear to see if someone could come jump me and I'd get a new battery. The folks at Goodyear were kind and understanding and sent a tow-truck to pick up my car. They had the starter replaced within a few hours. Then last week I had a very flat rear tire. I called Goodyear and was told to bring it in, which I did. I mentioned that I've recently had foot surgery and couldn't walk all the way home so a team-member drove me home (I live very close) and picked me up when my car was ready. Everyone at Goodyear was so helpful and nice; I'll take my car there for everything it needs. Thank you so much Goodyear! You have a customer for life!

Serviced is ridiculous, no communication, wait time is tooooo long. Appointment times was not and isnt acknowledged. So i suggest you go next door to fire stone. Where I was greeted at the door, Friendly, quick service.
