For individuals seeking a considerable wait time and the most elementary manicure and pedicure services available in Gallup, this venue is appropriate. They do not utilize water crystals, foot soak granules, scented aromatherapy beads, or oils in their foot basins. The massage component is minimal, with only the built-in chair massager providing any semblance of massage therapy. Unlike typical manicure experiences that include hand and wrist massages, this service is lacking. Foot massages that reach the knee are also not included. If half-adequate service at the full price point is what you're looking for, you've arrived.
I want to add that they charge what they feel is appropriate to their pockets. Not according to their posted price list. They added an extra $17 (not including the tip) to the services. Not disclosing until you get to the register. Place is ripping people off.

Only two people were working and the place was busy. However, the gentleman still got myself and my daughter back at a very reasonable time. He was super sweet and funny with both of us. We got two full sets and his work was great! This was after driving to two other salons that said they were open and weren’t and another salon that said they took walk ins but didn’t..
LA nails for the win and we will be coming back!

My significant other and I Just got done with this place for a pedicure. Would give 0/10 stars. I came in, I sat down and my feet was in the water for 5 mins tops before they came over and started clipping. I questioned to myself why they didn't let it soak so I could relax a bit. The lady who did my pedicure rushed it and she didn't know what she was doing. She kept asking for help from the other workers and they kept walking over. I asked for French tip. The white tips were crooked and sloppy, I had to ask another employee to clean up the left over white nail polish on the side of my toes. My total was $62, I was not aware of the removal of gel polish being $5 and then reapplying the gel being an additional. My significant other just got his toe nails clipped, he said it hurt when they were clipping his toes, felt like they went too deep and low. His total cost was $30. Which was funny because a guy before him got the same service and his was only $13. In total we paid $92 DOLLARS for a service that was rushed and sloppy. Would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I like going here to get my brows waxed. Tried another place, and I felt as though the woman doing the work was uncomfortable. I don't feel that here. Price is reasonable and the work is excellent.

The only place I come for my pedicures. I had to ditch Tip Top Nails because I kept getting in grown toe nails. LA Nails takes their time with your feet and does not rush the process, whereas Tip Top Nails tries to get you in and out within 15-25 minutes. I’ve come to LA Nails three times now for my pedicures and I have had no problem with in grown toe nails.

My daughter gets tricked into paying more for her nails. She’s 15 and every time we call ahead and ask for a price (because she’s paying out of her allowance) she gets a lesser price but they always find a reason to increase the final price. Plus lady was upset cause she didn’t receive a tip. Last time she goes there. 70 dollars and it wasn’t done right.Service: Acrylic nails

No friendly service, they all looked at me like I was there to rob them. I got a pedi and brow wax. The EXPENSIVE basic pedi was fast and that's the only reason I gave them 2 stars but again, absolutely no one skilled in customer service. Skip this place...there's other places around. It was $45.00 for a cheap basic pedi, no extras involved.
