overall it's a good place, just workers don't know how to do their job.
For example tried to get fuel and came to prepay inside, first women did not know what she's doing, than other guy type in wrong information for multiple times.
Also fuel line is short, not a lot parking spots.
By the way food and restrooms is great.

this 1star is for the shop horrible customer service have you do extra stuff its like if they want to feel like they are in charge had went in for a steer replacement they overprice every tire for a double coin brand 770 out the door. TA was backed up wo i went and bought a steer (firestone) came back and told them i have my spare and they told me they dont do tire swaps (never heard of that ever) so i guess you have to buy everything with them

Loves is always clean with very friendly staff. We have traveled from Virginia to Washington state down to Oregon, Arizona, new Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, and are now in Missouri. And have found the cheapest gas(close to interstate) size we are in a motorhome. We have taken advantage of their campgrounds every chance we get. Well worth the stop!

I got almost $700 in fuel here and wish that I did not. I went inside, I got coffee and went to the register because I needed to cash THREE Comdata codes. I went to the register, I waited my turn. I let the person in the picture know that I needed to cash an EFS check (I was wrong it was just a Comdata code). He asked if I had my receipt, I said no but I got fuel on pump 21. It’s in my app. I went back to looking down at my phone to find the codes in my text messages. He asked me again, I repeated I got fuel on pump 21. He huffed and puffed and walked to the receipt box, that’s when I said, oh my bad it may not be in there, I don’t think I printed it. A younger girl cashier came from the back and got on a register and he demanded “what took you so long”. My receipt was actually in the box. He came back to the register then proceeded to try to ask me for THE SAME INFORMATION THAT WAS ON THE RECEIPT THAT HE ASKED ME FOR. It was an obvious attempt to assert power over me. I don’t know what his deal was. So I stopped looking for the correct codes and looked up then double checked the receipt tape and I told him, all of the information he wanted was on the receipt. I told him what if I don’t want to blurt out my name in the store. Everything he needed was on the receipt. He got nasty AGAIN with me. I asked for a manager. He claimed he was the manager but, he had on no name tag and he did not want to give me his name. He refused to cash my codes. I wish I knew he was an idiot so I didn’t spend so much in fuel here. I left but, I came back and I told him I hope whatever is bothering him heals and that he gets better. Everything about him was sad.

I used to love stopping by the store. It was a great place to top off on my way home. It’s Memorial Day weekend and we’re all working on Memorial Day weekend so they decided to jack the fuel price up $.30. I will no longer stop by this loves as far as I’m concerned that’s bad business and shows how much they do not care about the drivers or their pockets

One of the worst showers I had in 28 years the towel was bleached out like they had used it to clean the floors the wash cloth you could see where someone had washed their backside the fan was so nasty it wasn't blowing air

This parking lot is so small. It's dangerous to park in if you like to hear trains, then you will enjoy this parking lot though.
And remember, yes, gloves doesn't warranty their work? They do have a tire shop here.
You'll be here a long time if you need tire work.

This particular store is incredibly busy. Located off of I40 East, the parking lot is maneuverable but crowded. The store is organized but has an older feel. Aisles are well-maintained and well-stocked. The ladies’ bathroom was untidy and needed to be straightened, but for the amount of patrons who frequent this store, it was almost expected. To end on a positive, the staff was welcoming and friendly.
