But I'll wait if Amanda is working, her customer service is not so good but has a typical Gallup type of customer service with no greeting or smile just an RBF. The manager is very friendly though, it's such a shame her employee isn't the same way.”

“I went to TCC because of all the issues I’ve had with Russell. I went in to get a charger a few weeks ago. Not a long transaction at all so the guy with a sleeve on his right arm helped me and I’m grateful for this place in the mall. I’ll be back to switch some more of my phones over to Verizon.”
