Came to set up an account and the teller assumed I wanted to open an account and close it within 6 months. We never mentioned this, only repeated what she said for clarification and she took it as we wanted to open an account for one thing then close it. We are in the process of selling a home and needed a local bank and they refused to set us up an account or do business with us.

Had trouble with a cashiers check and was able to get it done within a hour was very impressed even in a difficult situation appreciate them a lot. Thanks a bunch!!!

Since the employee named Shelly has been moved to a different branch. This branchs customer service has went way down and the attitudes went way up. I'm glad I no longer bank here or anywhere for that matter. If it wasn't for my checks saying pinnacle bank on it I wouldn't come here.
