Worst bank ever. I set up my checking account so I cannot overdraft. And I did everything I was supposed to for online banking, but yet they still charge me $5 to send my statement each month that I didn't know about. Then when I didn't have anything in the account. They forced the $5 payment through my account, and charged me almost $60 in overdraft fees. Never sent me an email or gave me a phone call to tell me that my account was continuously get charged $4 a day in overdraft fees. Which it shouldn't have been able to go through. It should have been declined like any other purchase would have been if there wasn't enough money in the account. They are absolutely 100% dirty crooks, and wouldn't do anything to correct their mistake. Go to any other bank if you don't want to be stolen from. If I could give negative stars I would've.

Nathan Dayea and the team at Pinnacle Bank are very helpful, friendly and professional. Our marketing agency does banking here; it is always a pleasure visiting the branch. The interior is decorated with local decor styles and the lobby is very comfortable with large vaulted ceilings with sky lights. I happy we chose to use this community bank for our digital agency. Thanks!

The old fashion hospitality of a small town bank. Greated with a smile, and by name. No one is ever to busy to say HELLO. Talk face to face with your banker not to a phone on the wall. Never a line around tge block.
