Excellent service provider! I worked with Sean and was impressed with how naturally everything went. Easy to communicate, pleasant and professional, just awesome. Price negotiations were fair and objective. His team is also very, very cool. The typical wrecker pirates. They tow your equipment to their facility and lock it down and extort excessive rates to get it back. They are good at it too. Very confrontational when dealing with them. STAY AWAY from these subhumans.

I have no complaints about the actual service but to charge me $600 for a flat bed tow 2 miles down the road is completely ridiculous. I should have called around first and you should too! My vehicle is a 25ft RV on a Sprinter 3500 chassis. There was nothing special needed to get this on a standard tow bed truck. When I was quoted over $600, I trusted them when I asked if this was a typical price and she said they are competitive to the area. If this was a bigger rig and needed a big rig tow, sure maybe, but they should have reduced the price when a standard tow truck was used. i feel down right ripped off.

Guys are awesome I broke down in Holbrook AZ and they guys offered me a very good deal to to get me to gallop NM, after doing some more digging around my semi I realized that my motor blew and I didn’t need them to tow me me anymore after they already arrived and they didn’t charge me for canceling very awesome people

Ive been waiting for them for 6 hours ,no clear ETA’s,and guy called me right now saying that it might be will take 2 more hours to get here. I canceled it.

I requested my own roadside assistance which gave me a 4hr ETA then I decided to call around, top gun showed up in 10min and saved me, very kind and professional people ... would definitely hire them if needed Amazing 5star service

I called Top Gun Tow for help with a load that shifted in one of our trucks. They came out in a very reasonable amount of time and helped get things situated. About an hour later, the load shifted again (not their fault), so they came out again adjusted the load again. Price was extremely reasonable and their drivers were very professional. Thank you Top Gun Tow!
