I brought 2 fobs into the dealership. One was my key and the other one was a new key. Claudio came to me and told me that this key can't be programmed. I said that is my key because the hidden key is not in it. It is on my keychain with my other keys. It ended up that my key was erased (they can't reprogram an erased key) and the new key was programmed. Since I got the new key from an eBay seller, they told me that the key was registered to another vehicle, but I know that's not true because of the fact that my key that didn't have the hidden key in it was the key that Claudio brought to me that said couldn't be programmed. They wanted to charge me $62.50 for service which I didn't pay because they made a mistake. I wanted to leave with 2 working keys as planned and not just one. According to a mechanic at another Toyota dealership, the mechanic erased my key and programmed the new key because he didn't complete the program cycle for some reason so that both keys were programmed. Brad (the Manager) insists that I confused the keys and that the new key was registered to another vehicle. They didn't show any proof of that, and I know that's not true based on Claudio showing me my key instead of the new key. Then Brad said that Claudio simply put the hidden key in my key. Not true. They don't want to take responsibility because they owe me a fob and don't want to give me one. It's ugly to do that. I will feel very uncomfortable if I have to go in for future services.

I called amigo Toyota because I couldn't open my gas door the latch wasn't releasing. The service department refused to help me told me it was a collision issue the collision department was closed. I said I just needed somebody to release the pin there was nobody in service that could do that the lady continue to tell me was a collision repair issue even after I told her I can't get gas in my car Without this pin being released. I would not recommend this place for service or help. I have owned several Toyotas and never had such poor service on the phone. If I could give this zero stars I would

WORST PLACE TO GET A CAR!!! I had came in to look for a vehicle a man name Reyes Garcia had helped us, as he was showing us vehicles he showed us one in our budget and etc... when this was being said he also said he'd pay our first month if we had put the money down the car and we did. Not even a week and half My car engine light came on. They had fixed it BUT ITS HAPPENING AGAIN and they never answer the phone. I've been lied to over and over by these people! They also blamed us for not "turning in paperwork to the bank" such as verifying income, WE HAD NO IDEA! It's been over a month NO FIRST PAYMENT OR REGISTRATIO ORRRRRR they answering the phone for my cars issues AGAIN!!!!! I'm hoping I can get help with this situation. I don't feel right and I wouldn't buy a car here or recommend anyone. It I could put no stars I would! I hope everyone enjoys their day.

The only business that I usually take care of with Amigo is getting an oil change. But a warning light on my car came on and I proceeded to make an appointment and show up at the designated time they gave me only to find out I wasn't really scheduled and who knows where my appointment went. I took leave from work and drove 60 miles round trip. Instead of owning up to their mistake they just said I don't know I'm booked through next week.

Every time I try to do anything with Amigo Toyota they seem to like brush me off as if they do not want my business. I would give them a minus star if they had one. Not sure I trust them to fix my car or not. I bought tires from them two years ago no follow up, no offer to rotate them. Nothing. A BIG FLAT ZERO! Today I tried to call them cuz my car is broke and they won't even answer the phone!, I did get ahold of an agent who blew me off and didn't even really read when I texted her. Boo AMIGO TOYOTA

The collision center employees are either stupid or crooked. The 8 x 3 inch plastic panel that the window and lock switches are accessed through cracked in my 2013 RAV4. I showed the damage to an employee who was a 20 to 25-year-old kid and was quoted close to $700 to replace the entire interior door panel. Knowing I only needed the small plastic part, I popped off the small piece & walked into the parts department. Rick, the parts specialist was awesome & ordered me the $30 part. It came in two days later and took me four minutes to replace. Beware the collision center guy who was either too lazy or stupid to look closely at the damage, on commission or simply a j**** Either way be careful if you need body work from this shop. Unfortunately for this dealership this experience has colored my opinion of the whole operation. It is sad because every other experience I've had at Amigo has been fantastic. The quick lube center guys, the parts department guys and the service center guys are all great & have always gone the extra mile. My 2 star review is a combination of 5 stars for every other part of the operation & negative 3 for the collision center.

Worst customer service ever. How do you expect to sell a vehicle when you can't even call your customers back! Ridiculous. I would NEVER refer anyone to this place. The star for rating shouldn't even be there. I would rather shop at a mom and pop used car lot then go back to deal with those demons!
