“My 12X6 trailer from California blew a tire 15 miles west of Gallup and 20 minutes later uhaul roadside assistance told me they would arrive within 60 minutes. 54 minutes later Victor showed up, identified the issue in 10 minutes and told me the trailer needed parts from Albuquerque which wouldn't arrive until the next day. Since it was already after 5pm. Trailer wheel bearing had seized up and brakes burned up during the blowout. In all Victor kept me well updated and all was fixed by noon the next day. Appreciate his knowledge and responsiveness through this whole process. Highly recommended in my opinion.”

“Wow!! This U-Hual vendor was badass!! The location was not the best of areas. They had to physically remove a tweaker who was loitering out front, but my boy Rick was calm, cool, and collected. Having a positive upbeat attitude even after dealing with me going back and forth to O’Reillys.
