“Me, my wife, and my 3 kids were 5 hours into a 14 hour roadtrip when the transmission in my Yukon overheated. We parked it, topped off fluid, let it cool, and it wouldn’t shift into reverse. I knew the transmission was shot. No shops were able to get me a rebuild in a short enough turn around time. I called Road Runner and explained my issue. They took my Yukon in on a trade for a fair price and sent me off in a 2022 Ram 1500 Classic. The truck was dialed, clean, and took us on the rest of our trip. Mo and Antonio were the best. Gave me fair trade in value, a good deal on the Ram, and Antonio even bought my family pizza for lunch while Mo and I handled paperwork! Since we were embarking on a long journey Mo had their mechanic change the oil and air filter on the Ram before we departed. My family and I put 1900 miles on that truck in the first week and it was absolutely perfect. I was in a real tough spot and Road Runner took great care of me and my family. If you’re in Gallup and looking for a quality used car, call them.”
