“I would love to give JA JA Auto's a better than 5 star review if I could. I was traveling cross country with my travel trailer in tow when my entire manual transmission broke, clutch and main cylinder. I pulled into JN's shop an hour before they closed for the day, hoping to just ask if I could get in the next day for a diagnosis. They got me checked in and started diagnosing the truck, and even had parts delivered and started work before they stopped for the day. They were very kind, and as important, more than fair in both pricing and all aspects of their mechanical and customer service.They graciously let me park my trailer in their lot, and went so far as to unhitch it from the truck and set it up on blocks before I could even start or ask.Throughout the process, they kept me informed of the progress and showed me issues that they had because of the age of my vehicle and the fact that there was lots of rust (I live in Wisconsin/winter salt/accelerated rusting). And yet, they worked efficiently and fast to get me back on the road in less than 2 days for the major repair. THANK YOU, all of you!”
