i was here this morning to ship 3 packages. there was a lady with bronde hair that took me. she was completely rude. the last 3 times i was there was rude. she yanked the package out of my hand. and had a rude tone with me.

The staff is always helpful especially the young gentleman who works there. I’ve had one package lost and was unable to have it delivered or returned.They couldn’t help much. Yes, lines have been long since the effect of the pandemic, but overall it’s always been a good experience.
