very incompetent staff with horrible attitudes.
Do they even scan their outgoing mail? My package hasn’t updated since I dropped it off five days ago. And this is not the first time.

Workers honestly seem like they don’t want to work there, they’re pretty unhelpful with everything, I tried picking up my package that needed a signature, I stated to him that it’s a pretty large package. He proceeds to just look through very small letters and tells me that it’s not there. He proceeded to tell me to check again and wouldn’t check my tracking number or anything, it’s sad to see many employers just hire useless employees.

I know that they can’t read so this review is pointless, but…
Some documents were sent to me in an envelope that had BIG letters on it that spelled out the words “DO NOT BEND”. Turns out that this post office only hires origami hobbyists.
I had good experiences with the people at the counter the 2 times I was in that part of the PO

i was here this morning to ship 3 packages. there was a lady with bronde hair that took me. she was completely rude. the last 3 times i was there was rude. she yanked the package out of my hand. and had a rude tone with me.

Was not helpful only needed a address change brought my USPS barcode passport, drivers license, car insurance still was not good enough only cause clerk wouldn't even look at it highlighted what I needed try to show her what I had and she wouldn't even look at it nor did she scan my code or look at my photo ids told me she had to do that cause identity theft well hello I'm right there in front of her with everything that was required but still you not do just made up things so now I have to go again for the fourth time try get different person cause I'm handicap I have a hard time going into town so here we go again

Clerk was not helpful, terse and uncommunicative.
The package I mailed to Albuquerque arrived broken and 3/4 of contents damaged or lost!
Such a waste of money! Postal service is worst more than ever!

Customer service needs improvement at this postal location. Usually any postal office are friendly and happy to assist. Andrea was the office cashier or clerk who assist me. She was so rude and showing body language of hatred to her customers. I'm mean she was literally rolling her eyes at customers and giving vague answers. Definitely not stopping by this location again. Message to rude employees like Andrea life too short if you don't like what you do, do not make others just as miserable as you are. Find another career because you aren't customer service material.

The mailman left the back of everyone's mail box open so I'm standing here calling USPS but their automated machine does not connect to any store other than the national hotline. This is obsurd. 6/2/2020 145 pm mtn time whoever worked the redhills park area in Gallup NM.
