They have everything you’d need for a good lift. Plenty of squat racks, benches, and machines of all kinds plus free weight, KBs and some CrossFit things. I never had to wait my turn to get a workout in. And the staff was always friendly

Any equipment you would need at a fair price plus some added amenities. Good parking and seldom full, even so, lots of redundant machines. Grunge feel.

Even though I don't use a lot of machines because I prefer their crossfit in calisthetics area. The gym always has good amounts of available machines. And is not overly crowded even during busy hours. I go there because It's hours are the most friendly for my rotating schedule even though there are 2 closer gyms available... read full comment
