“I was driving through New Mexico with my little buddy Gopher and started having some issues with my battery. I looked in a couple other stores and they couldn’t or didn’t have the battery I needed. I am REALLY GLAD I stopped here, because right from the get go they were able to help me out.
Especially CHRISTOPHER, he was a Godsend and a true brother. He was able to help me find the battery I needed which i guess is kind of hard to find. He checked the price and answered all the questions I had regarding the CA, CCA and other specs.
He helped me get to the bottom of what was draining my battery, went out of his way by suggesting possible solutions. He even tested the starter and alternator on my Jeep to make sure that was not the problem. In the end he spent a solid 35 minutes helping me get the parts I needed to fix the issue. He even let me borrow some specialty tools I didn’t have with me. I spent an hour and some change in your parking lot fixing the wiring and electrical issues that were causing my problem and throughout the whole time I was working on it I saw him repeatedly go outside and out of his way to explain and help other customers with their issues. A true knowledgeable, honest, kind and respectful person. If I was a manager or someone with say so in how things run in that store. I would definitely promote/ advance/ give better pay and or perks to such an exceptional employee like Christopher.
I am in California now, a few days and 1676.6 miles later and I have had no issues with the car since. Brother to brother thanks Christopher from the bottom of my heart brother.”
