“This is a late review, but it has been on my mind to do one. Our family was moving across country. We were towing our Uhual trailer with our F-150 truck when the transmission went out god knows where on I-40. We decided to get towed to Corley Ford because they seemed to be the only reputable option within MILES. I am so happy that we did not try to save a nickel and ended up at a solid trustworthy business. Everyone there was so nice and accommodating. They could have easily taken advantage of our dire circumstances, but they did not. They helped us to unhook our trailer from the truck, which they could have left solely up to us to figure out. They gave us the option to get either a rebuilt transmission or a new one, giving us the price and warranty info for each. They were able to find us a brand new transmission in Denver and coordinated to have it brought down. The service manager stayed in contact with us to make sure we knew the status of everything. We ended up having to rent a truck to finish our move due to our timeframes. We had to get our F150 shipped to our new home and Ed Corley Ford employees were gracious enough to work with the transporter that got our truck to us. We are just one state over and would not hesitate to purchase from any of the Ed Corley dealerships. Vehicles are a big purchase and we want to spend our money where we feel that it means something to us. This is a standout family and employees at Ed Corley Ford.”
