We highly recommend Mesa Storage! Ashley was the angel our family needed when our loaded trailer threw a tire during a cross country move. She was incredibly helpful even though it was after hours and found a secure spot for us to store our trailer. If we could we would give Ashley and Mesa Storage 1000 stars!

Ashley is amazing, she’s very friendly and professional. To be honest she’s the reason why I decided to go with Mesa Storage. The property and storage units are very clean. They have tall fencing and you need to have a code to get through the gate. Thank you Ashley for always going above and beyond for not only myself but for others. I appreciate your hard work, answering any questions I may have and keeping an eye on the units that I’m renting.

Ashley Jarrell has this place running like a well oiled machine. Not only has she helped numerous times on her days off but went above the call to make sure I was taken care. This morning Ashley contacted me in regards to the tarp on my trailer getting ripped up from the previous nights wind storm. I asked her if she knew anyone that could install a new tarp for me, to save me from a drive out there. Ashley arranged to get it covered. She went above and beyond, definitely a five star employee. We needed a short term storage solution for our trike. We live in Florida and our Toy Hauler RV was having severe issues carrying the weight. When my husband rented a Uhaul trailer in Florida and traveled all the way back to Grants NM to take it home we had a problem loading it on the Uhaul. Ashley and with the help from her business contacts was able to connect my Husband with the right people to fix the issue so my husband could successfully getting on his way back home to Florida before bad weather set in. Without Ashley’s help my husband would have had to take the Uhaul back to Florida and return in the spring with a better choice of trailer. The fact that my husband is a Vietnam Veteran Retired US Army her contacts jumped right on it the day before Thanksgiving and got the job done. Ashley made a grim issue into success.

Amazing customer service! Ashley was able to get me set up in my unit in minutes, including automatic payments! The area is secure and well lit. My unit was clean and easy to find. Mesa Storage is surely the way to go in Cibola Co.
